Knit Hats

Dear Customers,

When you want to try on a hat, we will first have you wear a head sock. Please do not grab a hat and put it on your head!

Parents, please teach your children that a knit hat shop is not a costume try-on station. Have them ask for assistance. Their head size will be determined, then if they are interested in purchasing a hat, a head sock will be available to them, where only then, they will be able to try on a knit hat for their size.

Waiting to Purchase

While you are waiting in line, at my booth please be patient behind the customer I'm helping. Waving money at me, around the customer in front of you, is impolite. You are not waiting very long.

Most of my cutomers are sweet and kind. It is because of the few that I feel the need mention basic etiquette.
